Visitors can view more than 300 books by almost 200 Russian writers at the Moscow stand. The exhibition became part of a program to promote domestic book publishing in the Chinese market and to develop cultural cooperation between the two countries.
According to Gulnara Agamova, General Director of the Moscow Creative Industries Agency, China remains a key destination for Russian book exports. Hundreds of business meetings between Russian and Chinese publishers, as well as exhibitions, workshops and screenings of animation projects are planned within the framework of the fair.
A significant part of the exhibition consists of children's and adolescent literature, educational publications and educational books. In addition, comics, graphic novels, art books and works of classical literature are presented at the stand.
