A new international communication channel has directly connected Khabarovsk and Hong Kong, providing a faster and more stable exchange of Internet traffic between Russia and the infrastructure of Chinese digital services.
According to the operators, earlier traffic went through intermediate hubs in Europe, which increased delays, especially for users of Siberia and the Far East. Now the data is transmitted via a direct route, which makes it possible to more than triple the response time and increase the stability of online platforms.
It is noted that the interest of Russian users in digital services in the Asian region is growing noticeably. The use of messengers, marketplaces and gaming platforms is increasing, as well as the total volume of Internet traffic in this direction.
