Moscow video game manufacturers will take part in the specialized exhibition, which will be held on November 21 and 22 in Shanghai. With the city’s support, the companies will be able to present their projects to a foreign audience, find new partners, and explore the specifics of entering the Chinese market. The business mission will continue a series of business trips: since the beginning of the year, representatives of the capital’s video game industry have already visited Brazil, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Applications for participation are accepted until September 18 on the website of the Creative Industries Agency. Previously, more than 20 Moscow‑based games were presented at another Chinese exhibition, which led to agreements on localization, distribution, and joint product development.
The business missions are organized as part of the “Moscow Video Game Export” program — one of the tools of the Moscow Video Game and Animation Cluster. In 2025, with the support of the city, the capital’s studios signed 36 export contracts, including with partners from China, the UAE, and Indonesia. The total amount of the deals exceeded 1 billion rubles. Participation in the Shanghai exhibition will be a new step in developing the export potential of Moscow‑based developers.
